Finance Assistant

Position: Finance Assistant
Reports to: Lead – Finance
Location: Enfold office, Koramangala- Bengaluru
Full / part time: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Accounting in Tally and reconciliation.
2. Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
3. Prepare balance sheets.
4. Track and reconcile bank statements.
5. Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
6. Process tax payments.
7. Support monthly payroll and keep records.
8. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
9. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
10. Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
11. Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
12. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
13. Ability to manage: Petty cash, monthly salary, facilitators payment, tax filing, payment, and receipts.
14. Regular meetings with the project team and monthly updates on project progress.
15. Coordination for payment and confirmation with staff/consultants.
16. Reconciliation of Form 16 for each quarter.
17. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within Enfold (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
18. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
19. Participate in strategic data analysis, and reports for senior leaders.
20. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
21. Manage Enfold’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
22. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Any other work undertaken by the Team, through mutual consultation based on priorities
identified.

11. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Qualification and Experience

EDUCATION: Graduation/Master’s degree in Finance or Accounts or in a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of professional experience in the development sector
