1. Recognize and report violence against women in different places – home, public places, workplace and cyberspace (relevant IPC laws, sections and details are provided).
2. Learn the legal and medical rights and individual responsibilities of the victim
3. Become aware of practical safetytips when traveling
4. Learn how to resist without worsening the situation.
5. Understand how to intervene safely.
6. Learn how to build mental strength with discussion on gender based/sexual violence,
shame and guilt.
7. Recover from trauma with self-paced reintegration exercises
8. Become aware of community based restorative approaches to help the victim heal.

The app is free of cost and is downloadable on Android devices from Google Play Store in 10 languages- Hindi, English, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam.
