Program Details

Finance Team

The Finance Team at Enfold invites applications for full-time internship positions for a minimum period of one month. The responsibilities will include assisting the finance team members with filing the supporting documents, verification of reimbursement of expenses, supporting audit related work, handling statutory payment processes, performing other finance related tasks as required.

Prevention and Content Team

The Prevention Team works to break the silence and stigma around gender, sexuality and personal safety while equipping children and adults with the knowledge and tools to recognize and respond gender and sexual violence, particularly child sexual abuse. Our trained facilitators conduct Gender Equity, Sexuality, and Personal Safety education for children, children with disabilities, college students, and adult stakeholders, fostering safer spaces.

Interns with the Prevention Team gain hands-on experience by working across various projects. Since content generation plays a key role in prevention efforts, interns also have the opportunity to contribute to content development across digital platforms and various other initiatives that build their knowledge through experiential learning.

Research Team

The Research Team at Enfold invites applications for full-time interns for a minimum period of one month to assist in conducting research on juvenile justice and child protection laws, policies, and their impact on children and adolescents.

Restorative Practices Team

The Restorative Practices Team at Enfold invites applications for full-time interns for a minimum period of one month in person to experience Restorative Processes in different settings with children, child protection functionaries, and adults working. Interns would also be expected to aid in research, documentation, data analysis, and content creation.

Support and Rehabilitation Team

The Support and Rehabilitation Team at Enfold invites applications for full-time internship positions for a minimum period of one month. The S&R team mainly works with the children who have faced sexual violence and their caregivers. Interns would accompany team members to the Police Stations, sittings of Child Welfare Committee, POCSO Courts, District Child Protection Unit and District Legal Services Authority, visit families etc. Additionally, interns would be required to help with the documentation, research, and data analysis.
