Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Enfold’s calendar with all classes/ conferences/ workshops, internal and external, conducted by Enfold Consultants and Facilitators.
  • Create and maintain databases related to Donors, Workshops, Conferences, etc. with utmost accuracy and completeness and keep track of beneficiaries
  • Generate reports and perform data gathering as required from the database.
  • File documents; develop and modify filing practices – this includes the usage of electronic in addition to paper records
  • Ensure (Information Education Communication) IEC materials are made available for Enfold activities
  • Handle and oversee coordination of internship and volunteer applications
  • Schedule meetings on platforms like google meet, zoom and provide technical assistance when needed
  • Oversee office communications. Be responsible for scheduling appointments, receiving walk-in guests, and answering emails and phone calls.
  • Receiving and reviewing correspondence/courier, keeping a track of incoming and outgoing documents while determining proper action to be taken
  • Manage departmental supplies and inventories, including tracking status and orders
  • Coordinate and organize department activities and functions like meetings; schedule, obtain use of rooms, set up the rooms and equipment to be used, in person and online
  • Running general errands for the office, handling petty cash, deposit cheques in the bank, etc
  • Office upkeep, cleaning and maintenance and any other work allocated based on mutual consultation
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s Degree in any field

    Work Experience:
    Essential : 1-3 years of professional experience
    Preferable : 1-3 years professional experience with an NGO.

    Position – HR and Social Media Executive
    Location – Bengaluru, Karnataka
    Type – Full- time Consultant (of which initial 3 months will be probation)

    Responsibilities

    HR:

    – Recruiting, Staffing, and Onboarding
    – Goal setting, performance management/ appraisals, and improved systems

    Social Media and IT:

    – Oversees all organization’s social media accounts management

    – Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
    – Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
    – Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
    – Manage Enfold Website and update it regularly, and make changes as required/suggested in consultation with the Fundraising team
    – Manage posts on Google rooms and other such platforms that Enfold teams may be using to reach or interact with children or adults.
    – Manages Enfold’s blog and extends IT support when required.
    – Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
    – Creating and promoting an organizational blog on a weekly basis.
    – Assist Planning of Marketing Strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to grow online sales and traffic and engagement. Strategies can be like- posting daily content for continual growth
    – Track relevant social media influencers so that they can enhance Enfolds overall brand reputation and extend reach through influencer channels.
    – Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Google+ and engage with the social media users
    – Assist in production and dissemination of Emailers/campaigns through MailChimp platforms for dissemination to Enfold groups and donors.
    – Liaison with designers/branding and content team from collaborators assisting us pro bono.
    – Develop such campaigns as and when required to engage with Enfold donors and contacts.

    Qualification and Experience

    EDUCATION: MBA Human Resources
    WORK EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years

    Position: Restorative Practices Facilitator

    Number of positions: 2
    Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
    Type: Full- time
    Reports to: Head and Co-Head, Restorative Practices

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and use the knowledge, attitudes and skills required to facilitate Restorative Practices.
    2. Facilitate and document group restorative processes with children in child care institutions, in the community, and their families.
    3. Case Work with children and youth in vulnerable situations as well as their families, providing psycho-social support.
    4. Work with child protection functionaries and support work being undertaken by the team to strengthen the child protection system.
    5. Contribute to ongoing research, teaching, training, and publications on issues concerning children, on Restorative Practices and Juvenile Justice.
    6. Support team members in organizing events and activities and documentation.
    7. Any other work allocated based on mutual consultation.

    Note: Training will be imparted on facilitation of Restorative Practices.

    Qualification and Experience

    EDUCATION:
    Preferable: Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Development, Education, or a related field.

    WORK EXPERIENCE:
    Preferable: 2-4 years of professional experience of working with vulnerable populations, preferably children, with working knowledge of the juvenile justice system.
